- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp summer savory
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cranberry jelly
- Salt pepper to taste
- 8 cups of day-old bread cubed
- Melt butter in a sauté pan, add onions, celery and summer savory and sauté for 3 minutes, add chicken broth and Wild Blueberries simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the cubed bread. Mix until liquid is absorbed.
- Place mixture in a 9 X 13 baking pan and cook in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 45- 60 minutes.
