- 20 mint leaves
- 4 lime wedges
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 12 ounces Tera Beata Cranberry Juice
- Soda water
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the mint leaves and two of the lime wedges into a large cocktail shakes, muddle together until the mint leaves have released their oils and the lime wedges have been juiced.
- Add the sugar, the remaining lime wedges and the raspberries, muddle until the raspberries are crushed.
- Top with the cranberry juice and shake well.
- Fill two highball glasses with ice, strain the mocktail mixture into the glasses.
- Top with soda water, garnish with additional lime wedges and mint leaves.
