Cran-Raspberry Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 20 mint leaves
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 12 ounces Tera Beata Cranberry Juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves and two of the lime wedges into a large cocktail shakes, muddle together until the mint leaves have released their oils and the lime wedges have been juiced.
  2. Add the sugar, the remaining lime wedges and the raspberries, muddle until the raspberries are crushed.
  3. Top with the cranberry juice and shake well.
  4. Fill two highball glasses with ice, strain the mocktail mixture into the glasses.
  5. Top with soda water, garnish with additional lime wedges and mint leaves.
