- 8 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian cajun seasoning or substitute Cajun seasoning of choice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 ounce of chopped lobster meat
- 1/4 cup lobster juices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place the first eight ingredients into a bowl and use a hand mixer to beat until smooth.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of cheddar, the lobster meat and the lobster juices.
- Place into two 6X4 bakers or casserole dish of choice, top each with 1 cup of cheddar and bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bobbling and the cheese has melted.
- Serve with crackers, pita or nacho chips.
