Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 3 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups of bite sized broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, rehydrated
  • 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, red onion, bacon, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and gruyere, toss and mix with the dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for for at least one hour before serving.
