Apple and Brie Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • Salted Honey (or substitute with regular honey)
  • 4 tsp chopped Rosemary
  • 18 thin wedges of Brie

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Unfold pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface. Cut each into 9 three-inch squares. Set aside.
  2. Lightly spray 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray.
  3. Place the thinly sliced apples slices together and place on the tray, repeat 9 times on each tray.
  4. Drizzle the apples with the salted honey, sprinkle with the rosemary and top with a wedge of brie.
  5. Place a square of puff pastry over each portion, lightly pressing around the edges.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, turn and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Drizzle with additional salted honey. Serve warm.
