Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 sleeve of graham crackers
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- Place graham crackers into a food processor and pulse to make crumbs, add brown sugar and melted butter and pulse until all the ingredients come together.
- Press into a glass pie plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pie Filling
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar, divided
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups 35 % heavy cream, whipped with 1/2 cup icing sugar
- Place the peanut butter and cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix until smooth, slowly add 1 cup of the icing sugar until incorporated, add the vanilla to the peanut butter mixture and mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour mixture into the prepared crust. Place back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
To Garnish your Pie
Melt 2 oz. of dark chocolate and 2 oz. of white chocolate and drizzle over the pie and sprinkle with chopped Turtle chocolates.
Or
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and add chopped peanuts.
