Every week we share a meal plan that is loaded with easy-to-make recipes and full of variety so you can find joy in your kitchen and explore new flavours.  Each week we include at least one internationally inspired dish, one fish meal, and often at least one use for leftovers.

MEAL PLAN: Week 11

Main Dish: Roast Pork with Onions and Apples– tender roast pork, a tango of caramelized onions and apples, a symphony of sweet and savory that’s music to your palate.

Side Dish: Spätzle– Sneak some noodle magic onto your plate, our little German-style dumplings will turn your side dish into a starring role!


Main Dish: Ooey Gooey Haddock– haddock baked to ooey-gooey perfection, a dish that melts in your mouth like a delicious dream.

Side Dish: Classic Baked Potato-Potato perfection alert! A fluffy baked potato that’s a blank canvas for all your creative toppings – make it your own masterpiece.


Main Dish: Lamb Kofta with Garlic Tahini Sauce– Let’s start the weekend right with these spiced lamb skewers, waltzing with a garlicky tahini partner that’s simply sauce-tastic.

Side Dish: Village Greek Salad-Friday’s fiesta continues with a zesty Greek salad, a joyful jumble of fresh veggies and feta, dancing in a zingy olive oil dressing.

Dessert: Spiced Molasses Cookies aka Fat Archie’s -Fri-yay calls for Fat Archies, a cookie like no other – think spicy indulgence with the perfect amount of crunch, the perfect ending to your week!
