Ukrainian Honey Cake

This cake is so light and moist! It was a delightfully pleasant surprise. I’m not sure what we were expecting but it certainly exceeded our expectations, and while it takes a bit of time; it’s not labor intensive and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. This one will be a keeper for sure!
