Teriyaki Beef Skewers

What a fabulous day we had on Friday! We had a blast in Grand Barachois NB with Bob from Subaru of Moncton and the fantastic people from Friends of the Moncton Hospital who were celebrating a VERY successful fundraising campaign!
We grilled beef and chicken and served it with Grilled Anti Pasti vegetables. Perfect food for entertaining and sharing with friends!

Teriyaki Beef Skewers

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef
  • 2 tbsp Badass Burger Booster

Teriyaki  Sauce

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ,minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons port or sherry
  • 1/4 cup water mixed with 3 teaspoons cornstarch


  1.  Cut beef cut into strips and pound with a meat mallet on both sides until thin then skewer.
  2. . Place on a plate and generously sprinkle with the Badass Burger Booster.
  3. Place on a hot grill or in the oven and cook to medium.
  4. Rotate and baste with the teriyaki sauce.
  5. Grill  for another 10 minutes.

Teriyaki Sauce

  1.  Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thick.
