Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
Ingredients
8 cups rhubarb sliced
8 cups strawberries sliced
2 cups sugar
Combine sugar and mix into sliced rhubarb and strawberries.
Place in well-greased pan.
Crumble
4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp salt
2 cup flour
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cups melted butter
Mix ingredients. Add butter. Blend well. Spread on rhubarb and strawberries. Pat down lightly. Bake until topping is brown and fruit is bubbling over.
350F degrees, 30-40 minutes.
