Succulent Snow Crab and Lump Crab Hoagie

  • 2 snow crab clusters
  • 1lb lump crab or local crab
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie bun split on top

Instructions

  1. Remove the meat from the snow crab cluster add to a medium sized bowl, follow the with your crab of choice, red onion, green onion, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  2. Cut the top of your hoagie and stuff with the crab mixture dividing it equally between the four buns
