- 2 snow crab clusters
- 1lb lump crab or local crab
- 2 tbsp red onion, diced
- 1 green onion diced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hoagie bun split on top

- Remove the meat from the snow crab cluster add to a medium sized bowl, follow the with your crab of choice, red onion, green onion, fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Cut the top of your hoagie and stuff with the crab mixture dividing it equally between the four buns
