- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet, add almonds and shallots and cook until they are are fragrant and the butter is beginning to brown.
- Add the snow peas and saute until crisp tender 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice and salt.
