- 12 slider buns
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 lb Snow Crab meat chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fine diced shallots
- 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch pepper
- 6 oz baby spinach
- 12 slice tomato
- 12 slice crispy bacon (cooked)
Instructions
Butter slider bun on inside and grill till lightly golden.
- In a bowl mix the Snow Crab meat, mayonnaise, red onions, fresh dill and salt pepper to taste.
- Open your grilled bun and place ½ oz of spinach on each.
- Add the snow crab and finish with a tomato slice and bacon, add top bun.
