Snow Crab Sliders

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1 lb Snow Crab meat chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fine diced shallots
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 12 slice tomato
  • 12 slice crispy bacon (cooked)

Instructions

Butter slider bun on inside and grill till lightly golden.

  1. In a bowl mix the Snow Crab meat, mayonnaise, red onions, fresh dill and salt pepper to taste.
  2. Open your grilled bun and place ½ oz  of spinach on each.
  3. Add the snow crab and finish with a tomato slice and bacon, add top bun.
