- 1 lb scallops bits removed
- Dill remoulade ( recipe here)
- Hot Under The Kilt Acadian cajun seasoning
- Fresh lemon or lime juice
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce
Instructions
- prepare the dill remoulade and set aside
- Prepare scallops according to directions above.
- Place a generous portion of the remoulade on the bottom bun, top with lettuce and tomato, add the scallops,sprinkle with a bit of HUTK and a squeeze of citrus.
- Add rempulade to the top bun, place on the scallop burger and serve.
