- 4 oz rock crab meat
- 4 oz lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 sp Hot Under The kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
- 4 croissant
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients ( except croissant) into a bowl and fold together.
- Divide the mixture between the four croissants and serve.
