Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 oz rock crab meat
  • 4 oz lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 sp Hot Under The kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • 4 croissant

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients ( except croissant) into a bowl and fold together.
  2. Divide the mixture between the four croissants and serve.
