Ingredients

Cuban Cups
  • 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chip
  • 1 bag butterscotch chips
  • 1 bag peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/2 cup salted peanuts crushed
  • 1 and 1/2 cup crushed ruffle potato chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  1. Place the semi-sweet chips, the butterscotch chips and the peanut butter chips in a double boiler, melt while stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanuts, the chips, and the coconut.
  3. Mix well scoop into mini muffin cups.
  4. Refrigerate until hard.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
Cherry Marshmallow Squares
  • 1 250 gram bag of mini marshmallows
  • 36 graham crackers
  • 12 green cherries
  • 12 red cherries
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  1. Butter and 8x8 pan and sprinkle with half of the coconut
  2. Place the marshmallows into a large bowl.
  3. Chop the graham crackers, do not turn them into powder, crumble them in with the marshmallows.
  4. Dry the cherries and cut into fourths, add to the marshmallows along with the can of sweetened condensed milk,stir well to combine.
  5. Place into the pan, loosely pat down the mixture and top with the remaining coconut.
  6. Store these in the freezer and serve frozen.
