Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 1/2 an English cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 rib of celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • Boston Bib leaves

Instructions

  1. Chop the lobster meat and place into a bowl.
  2. Add the cucumber, celery, H.U.T.K, nad mayonnaise, mix well.
  3. Add the lime juice and avocado and mix to combine, fold in the chopped dill.
  4. Fill the Boston Bib leaves with a generous portion of the lobster mix and garnish with a sprig of dill.
