Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb Snow crab clusters, split in half from the white side
  • 1 tbsp Daily Catch seasoning (or preferred seafood seasoning)
  • 45 sprigs fresh parsley, torn
  • 1 cup seasoned croutons

  4. Top with garnish: Sprinkle the torn parsley over the crab, followed by the seasoned croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese.

  5. Drizzle with lime juice and pour the melted garlic butter evenly over the top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the crab is heated through and the topping is golden and fragrant.

  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or a wedge of lime if desired.
