Garlic Butter Roasted Snow Crab Clusters – Bold Flavour, East Coast Simplicity

There’s something about snow crab that just hits different. Maybe it’s the sweet, delicate meat tucked inside those spiny shells. Maybe it’s the way it brings people together around the table, sleeves rolled up, napkins flying, fingers covered in buttery goodness. This bake was made for that exact scene.

We were staring down a tray of snow crab clusters one afternoon, tired of the same old steam-and-serve routine. So we flipped the script. Cracked those beauties open from the white side, lined them up on a sheet tray, and hit them with the works. Garlic butter, torn parsley, seasoned croutons, lime juice, and just enough Parmesan to melt and brown up in the oven. What came out? Magic. Simple, golden, messy magic.

This isn’t fussy food. This is roll-up-your-sleeves, get-a-little-messy kind of food. It’s fast—under 15 minutes from prep to table—and packed with bold, buttery, garlicky flavour that hits all the right notes. The croutons toast up just enough to give you crunch, the lime adds brightness, and the crab stays the hero of the plate.

If you’re looking for something that’ll impress without the stress, this one’s for you. Fancy enough for guests, easy enough for a weeknight, and guaranteed to leave you licking your fingers and going back for more.
