- 2 cups Blueberries
- 2 cups Blackberries
- 2 cups hulled halved strawberries
- 2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Topping
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Place the first 8 ingredients into a baking dish and set aside
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl.
- Cut in the butter.
- Stir in the milk to make a loose batter. Drop into the top of the cobbler and sprinkle with a bit more white sugar.
- Place into a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
