Ingredients
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 6 cooked lasagna noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp ricotta
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1 lb lobster meat
- 18 asparagus spears, cooked
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place the lasagna noodles on a flat surface.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, lime juice, chopped basil and 1/2 oz. parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the lasagna noodles.
- Place the lobster meat on top of the cheese layer.
- Place three spears of asparagus horizontally on top f the lobster ( see photo).
- Roll up the noodles and set aside.
- Melt the garlic butter into a cast iron pan.
- Lay the lasagna noodles in the pan seam side down.
- Cover with the remaining parmesan and mozzarella, place in high heat BBQ for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has browned.
