Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box of jumbo pasta shells, cooked 1 minute less than stated on the box
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • Zest of one lime
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Hot Under The Kilt Acadian Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8oz snow crab meat

Instructions

  1.  Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. In a medium size bowl combine the goat cheese, feta, lime zest and juice, olive oil, herbs and seasoning, mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  4. Stuff your shells one by one and place on a lightly oiled baking pan and then drizzle with a bit more of olive oil .
  5. Top with the grated parmesan cheese and place under the broiler for 5 minutes.
