  • 4 slices artisan bread of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of butter


  1. Place two slices of bread in front of you.
  2. Spread each with half of the peanut butter, sprinkle each with half of the chocolate chips, drizzle with one half of the honey.
  3. Slice each of the bananas lengthwise and then in half, make several long slices and place on top of the honey.
  4. Add the remaining two slices of bread, butter both sides and grill in a panini press or your frying pan.
