Cheesy Lobster Poutine

Lobster poutine isn’t necessarily a new concept but most of the time it’s served with Hollandaise sauce which, in our opinion, is just a bit too rich. Instead we’ve used a cheese sauce with a combination of mozzarella, parmesan, provolone and asiago but feel free to use any blend of your choosing or just a single type of cheese works as well.

Thanks to Logan’s Daily Catch for their partnership and for the delicious lobster meat which in this case was broken tails that make a dish like this easier on the budget!
