Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8oz lobster meat 🦞
  • 8oz scallops
  • 1lb haddock
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp minced onions
  • 12 tbsp salted onions
  • 8 cups cubed potatoes
  • 8 cups cold water
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/4 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot melt 4 tbsp butter, add the lobster meat and sauté, remove the lobster and set aside.
  2. Melt remaining 4 tbsp of butter and sauté onions until translucent, add your potatoes, salt and pepper and stir.
  3. Add the water, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook until the potatoes are el dente.
  4. Incorporate the seafood ,bring to a simmer and finish with evaporated milk.
