  1. Cut avocados in half, scoop out 3/4’s of the inside and place in a bowl, separate the meat from the shell and let it sit inside.
  2. Add the red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, 1/2 of the  snow crab, seasonings, and herbs, mix well.
  3. Gently break up and fold in the remining  snow crab meat, stuff into the avocado halves.
  4. Top with the parmesan cheese and a bit of fresh cracked black pepper. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
