- 1/4 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz. pasta, such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguini
Instructions
Pasta:

Cook the pasta until al dente or according to package instructions.

Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Sauce:

Place equal amounts of peanut butter, soy sauce, and pasta water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat while stirring until completely incorporated and hot.

Pour sauce over cooked, drained pasta. Toss to incorporate.
