Everyone has visions of chef's whipping up culinary delights night after night. And while that is something I love to do it's just not realistic for us. That little thing called "work" gets in the way, so is reality it is often someone else in the house that ends of putting the meals on the table.
My SO loves to browse the internet collecting recipes and experimenting in the kitchen.
This past Sunday she decided to challenge herself with something she had never done; making a souffle.
I myself haven't made one since my culinary school days so I tucked my self away in the office and let her have at it.
The recipe she decided to try came from a food blog called Baking Bites It featured an ingredient that is common at ours in the morning already; Greek yogurt. The ingredients sounded delicious and Nicole made the process seem very user friendly so she decided to give it a go. It was a "rising" success! They were light with just a bit of tangyness that was very pleasant. hey held their shape for about fifteen minuets before slowing sinking. We had two each for breakfast and ate the others cold later on and they were still as delicious as the first!
Do you enjoy Greek yogurt as much as our family does?
