The complete Gluten-Free Whole Grains Cookbook
With more and more interest in a Gluten-Free lifestyle whether by choice or necessity there have been an influx of books to hit the market. But I particularly like this one because of it's focus on incorporating whole grains. This book concentrates on more than quinoa (which I love but is quickly becoming overused in my opinion) and looks at other alternatives such as amaranth, buckwheat, corn, job's tears, millet, and oats to name a few.
The author has an impressive background as an author, hew books focusing on slow cooker techniques have sold over a million copies.
Recipes in the book include such items as Sausage Spiked Peas and Rice, Soba Noodles with Broccoli sauce, Salmon Stew with Corn and Quinoa, and Hot Millet Amaranth Cereal.
